Load Bearing

Closes December 28

Load Bearing is one man's story, told close to the bone — a marriage he nearly walled himself out of, and the slow work of taking the bricks back down, one at a time. The same wall that shut her out becomes, in the end, the walls that stand around what's inside and keep it safe. It doesn't wrap up neat. The last song leaves it to her to say when the wall comes down — because that was never his to declare.

A record this honest deserves the right cut of every song. Each one was recorded six different ways — six ways it could ache, land, and hold. We're not going to tell you which one makes the record. You are.

Listen close. Trust your gut. Pick the take that tells the truth. Real people choose the final cut — and around here, that makes you a Producer.
